Members of the Allpa board travelled to Arequipa, Cusco, and Puno to visit alpaca farms, getting in touch with the hard reality lived here. As part of the Mesa Nacional de la Alpaca, Allpa made this trip with the purpose of learning about some of the long list of actions that need to be done in order to improve not only the animal situation, but also the improvement of human conditions of breeders and shepherds.
Alpaca is one of our flagship products and we feel proud of having 90% of the World population in our country. This is an important reason to build a strong strategy to work with it in a sustainable way.
