This Summit was held on the premises of El Pueblo Hotel in Santa Clara, Lima and encompassed a total of 36 workshops on issues relating to: Climate Change, Food Innovation, Design, Circular Economy, and Internet sales. The Summit was sponsored by PROMPERU, who worked with the WFTO Peru Platform and organized a business roundtable with 17 international buyers from the ethical, fair trade and conventional markets. The next International Summit will take place in Berlin, in September 2021.
